rootEd Community College Transfer Scholarship (Ozarks Technical)
The rootEd Community College Transfer Scholarship is a renewable scholarship for students transferring from Ozarks Technical Community College. It is a need-based award of up to $5,000 per semester and is renewable through graduation, provided the student continues to meet eligibility and selection criteria. This application is funding consideration for the spring 2020 semester only.
To be eligible to be considered for this scholarship you must:
• Be a student transferring from Ozarks Technical Community College, with plans to continue education at a bachelor’s degree granting institution for the spring 2020 semester
• Have graduated from Lebanon, Marshfield, or West Plains high schools in 2016, 2017, or 2018
• Plan to attend an accredited, nonprofit college or university
• Have earned a minimum 2.0 cumulative grade point average
• Demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or similar need calculations
The rootEd Community College Transfer Scholarship is administered by The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis. To be considered, completed applications and all required supporting documents must be submitted by November 15.
