Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation's Access Extra Scholarship

The Missouri Scholarship and Loan Foundation’s Access Extra Scholarship is a private scholarship for high school seniors who are eligible for the Access Missouri Financial Assistance Program and who scored 27 or higher on the ACT.

Open to graduating high school seniors who meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • Will enroll full-time at a 4-year or 2-year Access Missouri participating school. Click here for a list of eligible schools
  • Are a Missouri resident
  • Meet the state’s Access Missouri Financial Assistance Program requirement of expected family contribution (EFC) of 12,000 or less
  • Scored 27 or higher on the ACT or the SAT equivalent
  • Have not yet received a first bachelor’s degree, completed the required hours for a bachelor’s degree, or completed 150 semester credit hours

Apply Early. Scholarships will be prioritized on a first come, first served basis until the funding is depleted.

This scholarship is renewable for a maximum of four years. Recipients must continue to meet the eligibility requirements, maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher, and otherwise maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by your school.

• If awarded the scholarship, the amount may be reduced if your unmet need (i.e., your Cost of Attendance minus other scholarships and grants) is less than the scholarship.
