Lottie M. Sleets and her husband, James, dedicated nearly 30 years of their lives to foster care, providing love and support to children, with a strong focus on education.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Vashon High School class of 2023
  • GPA 2.5 or higher
  • Preference given to a female student from Vashon, or a student planning to attend an HBCU
