Building Bright Futures
The Building Bright Futures scholarship is established to support young people pursuing vocational and technical education, empowering them to build successful careers in the trades and technical disciplines vital to the construction, maintenance, and operation of commercial real estate. Our industry thrives on collaboration and expertise across a wide range of professions, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural engineering, welding, and more. By investing in aspiring professionals through this scholarship, we aim to bridge the workforce gap, strengthen our industry’s talent pipeline, and ensure a sustainable future for the built environment.
Through this initiative, BOMA not only honors our commitment to industry excellence but also promotes diversity, innovation, and economic opportunity within the communities we serve. Together, we can inspire and equip the next generation to excel in the trades that power the commercial real estate industry.
