Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation
Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation
The Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation (MSLF) was created in 2010 and is a tax-exempt, nonprofit, 501c(3) corporation. MSLF was formed by MOHELA to help make higher education more accessible and affordable for Missouri families. By providing scholarships, grants and low-cost student loans, MSLF supports persistence to graduation from institutions of higher education by Missouri citizens. MSLF’s mission is to provide innovative products and services to help Missouri students, particularly those with insufficient financial resources, to prepare for, enter into and successfully complete higher education at Missouri institutions.

Finish Line Degree Completion Grant
The goal of this program is to increase degree completion in the state of Missouri by assisting students who either have left school with an outstanding balance or who are in their final semester and have exhausted all federal financial aid options. Undergraduate students with a Student Aid Index of 12,000 or less, who are meeting academic progress standards set by their school, and not yet completed their degree but close to finishing should apply. The application is open year-round. Applications may be submitted online through My Scholarship Central.
My Missouri “MyMO” Scholarship Promise
“MyMO" leads high school freshmen from families showing exceptional financial need to a successful path to prepare, save and plan for post-secondary education. As students complete and achieve certain benchmarks throughout high school, by their senior year they will earn a $10,000 promised scholarship to attend a Missouri school. Additionally, when the family opens a 529 savings plan and adds funds, MSLF adds additional funding to the account. Applications must be completed before the end of the 9th grade year. Applications may be submitted online through My Scholarship Central.
