To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have actively participated in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri (Littles Program), College Bound, KIPP St. Louis, St. Louis Internship Program, or Wyman Teen Leaders during high school. Does this describe you?
Are you a current or former USS ST. LOUIS (LCS 19) crew member or dependent?
Plankowners (original crew of the USS ST. LOUIS (LCS 19)) and their dependents as defined by the United States Navy (Page 2 verification) will be eligible to apply for as long as the Fund exists. Subsequent crew members and their dependents (Page 2 verification) will be eligible to apply for a period extending up to five years following termination of their service on the ship.
