Are you a current or former USS ST. LOUIS (LCS 19) crew member or dependent?
Plankowners (original crew of the USS ST. LOUIS (LCS 19)) and their dependents as defined by the United States Navy (Page 2 verification) will be eligible to apply for as long as the Fund exists. Subsequent crew members and their dependents (Page 2 verification) will be eligible to apply for a period extending up to five years following termination of their service on the ship.
