LUZCO Technologies STEM Scholarship

The LUZCO Technologies STEM Scholarship was created to support and inspire the next generation of STEM leaders by reducing financial barriers for promising students. This scholarship is awarded to one deserving high school senior who demonstrates academic potential, financial need, and a commitment to their community.

    Target Audience

    High School Seniors planning to pursue a degree in:

    • Engineering
    • Physics
    • Environmental Science
    • Geology/Earth Science
    • Data Science
    • Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
    • Mathematics,
    • Applied Statistics
    • Statistics.

    Students attending schools in Missouri or surrounding states (Kansas, Illinois, etc).
    Community college programs are eligible.

    Eligibility

    1. High school senior.
    2. Have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.75.
    3. Applicants must reside in the St. Louis Metro area.
    4. Demonstrate financial need by submitting a copy of their FAFSA Student Aid Report.
    5. Plan to attend an accredited public or private college, university, or community college within Missouri or surrounding states.
    6. Show involvement in community service, leadership, or extracurricular activities (not required for eligibility, but encouraged to strengthen the application).

    Award Details
    >Total Scholarship Amount: $20,000
    >Distribution: Awarded in four (4) annual installments of $5,000 each.
    >Renewal Requirements:

    • Maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher during college.
    • Provide proof of enrollment each year to continue receiving installments.
    • Remain actively enrolled in and pursuing an eligible degree program.

    Selection Considerations
    While community involvement, leadership, and extracurricular activities are considered, they are not required for eligibility. Selection will be based on a combination of academic performance, financial need, and overall strength of the application.
