Awards:
One $2,500 renewable scholarship will be awarded. The recipient may apply for renewal for an additional three years of study, provided the recipient continues to attend full-time and makes satisfactory progress toward his or her degree. Please note that because the award amounts are based on available funding and financial need that can change from year to year, the amount of this scholarship award may change if a recipient applies for renewal awards in years to come.

For the 2024-2025 academic year, one $1,000 non-renewable scholarship will also be awarded. Students at any level in their program of study are encouraged to apply.

Selection
Applications will be evaluated by the St. Louis Community Foundation based on past academic performance and potential for continued success, the quality of the essay, and recommendations. Selection of the recipients and the scholarship amount will be determined by the St. Louis Community Foundation from information provided by the applicant, the applicant’s references and school. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please answer all questions that apply to you, even if they are not marked “required."

Notification
Application status will be changed from submitted to either offered or denied in June. Applicants can view their status by logging in to their Scholarship Central account.
