Hispanic Bar Association of St. Louis "Avanza" Annual Conference Financial Aid Award
The Hispanic Bar Association of St Louis is committed to helping eligible law student members who demonstrate commitment to excellence, to achieve their academic and professional goals.
The 2024 Hispanic Bar Association of St Louis “Avanza” Annual Conference Financial Aid Program will award $500 to 1 student selected by our scholarship selection committee, to attend a HBNA conference outside of St Louis. Preference will be given to Law Student Volunteers and participants of the Annual Uvaldo Herrera National Moot Court Competition.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicant will attend the HNBA/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference or will compete at the Uvaldo Herrera National Moot Court Competition.
- Applicant is a member of the HBASTL.
- Applicant is a United States citizen or a permanent resident of the U.S.
- Applicant is currently attending an ABA-accredited law school within the state of Missouri and will be enrolled full-time in Spring 2024.
- Applicant can demonstrate strong academic achievements as reflected in transcripts from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
